About Me
I have worked in university admissions for over ten years at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Most recently, I supported admissions for Chicago Booth School of Business and King’s College London. Additionally, my work in the corporate world involved comprehensive writing projects, advertising, and marketing. With this background, I have years of experience reviewing, creating, and critiquing academic and business writing in native English. I have completed a certificate from the Teachers College of Columbia University in College Advising.
Having my own business, I limit the number of students with whom I work to ensure you will receive the individualized support needed. My services are not limited to long-term comprehensive packages, which require a large investment during uncertain times. I offer flexible tutoring services from short-term assignments to year-around plans. I have had students successfully admitted to schools such as Yale, Princeton, Brown, UC-Berkeley, Duke, and Columbia.
Working in admissions involves reviewing a large sum of applications and making quick decisions on candidates who will stand out. As an education consultant, I can use this experience to help students make that important first impression in their applications and when meeting a university representative or alumni.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, with degrees in French and Political science, and graduated from Duke University School of Law. After practicing law, I moved into the world of international higher education and I am passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.
